Before confirming your inspection date, we collect a few essential details to prepare your personalized Residential Home Inspection Agreement, determine the service pricing, and issue your invoice.
Completing this short form ensures that all client and property information is accurate, allowing us to create the documents needed for your inspection and send them for review and signature.

Once your form is submitted:

• You’ll receive two emails — one with your invoice, and another with a link to review and sign your agreement.

• Please verify that all details are correct before signing.

• Once your agreement is signed, your inspection date will be officially confirmed.
